Jeff Kenney grew up in Culver, the descendant of early settlers in the area. Attending Indiana University and graduating from Ancilla College, Kenney worked from 2002-2007 at the Culver-Union Twp. Public Library, where in addition to creating and promoting cultural and educational programming, he helped create an online database of thousands of images and texts relating to Culver’s history. He is a board member of the Antiquarian and Historical Society of Culver, with whom he helped start the Center for Culver History, a Culver area museum still in development in the historic Carnegie portion of the library.
